PACKAGING ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF PHIL DIGIACOMO AND MATT DAWES IN SALES AND
MARKETING DEPARTMENT
7-21-2009 - PHIL DIGIACOMO PROMOTED TO VICE
PRESIDENT, SALES AND MARKETING
 Rockford,
IL (July 21, 2009) - Anderson Packaging is pleased to announce the promotion of
Phil DiGiacomo to the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing at
Anderson Packaging. DiGiacomo will be assuming the role previously held by
Peter Belden. Belden recently accepted the position of Executive Vice President
and Managing Director for Brecon Pharmaceuticals in Hay-on-Wye, Wales (UK),
another business unit of AmerisourceBergen Packaging Group. In his new role,
DiGiacomo brings over 30 years experience in the contract pharmaceutical
packaging industry, most recently holding the title of Director of East Coast
Sales at Anderson. He is a graduate of Villanova University.

7-21-2009 - MATT DAWES PROMOTED TO DIRECTOR OF SALES

IL (July 21, 2009) - Anderson Packaging is also pleased to announce the
promotion of Matt Dawes to Director of Sales. Dawes has worked at Anderson for
the past 7 years, most recently as Director of Customer Project Planning. In
his new capacity, Dawes will report to Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Phil DiGiacomo. Dawes is a graduate of Michigan State University, with a M.B.A.
from Northern Illinois University.
